Business owners who claim listings are responsible for the accuracy of their business information. PulseFinder reserves the right to remove or modify listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Free listings include basic business information. Premium features are available through paid subscription plans, subject to separate billing terms.

The PulseFinder platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by PulseFinder and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

PulseFinder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including user reviews and business information.

We do not endorse any businesses listed on our platform. Reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views of PulseFinder.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PulseFinder in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use PulseFinder ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Certain provisions of these terms survive termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PulseFinder shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
